Refund policy

If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email emilymaisey@hotmail.co.uk or use the 'Contact Us' tab at the top of the website, detailing the issue and letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund. Then simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until we receive it. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or you have had to returned it due to a mistake we have made. We recommend organising the return via a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

Please allow 14 days for us to process your refund upon receipt of the return. Once we have processed your refund we will notify you by email. Delivery charges (the amount you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Products which have been made to customer specifications (bespoke orders) are exempt from standard cancellation rights. In this instance cancellations are offered subject to the discretion of Emily Maisey. Please contact us at emilymaisey@hotmail.co.uk if you wish to cancel a bespoke order.

If you wish to exchange a product, we will charge for the postage and packaging of sending out the new item.
