I'm Emily,

A pattern designer originally from the North York Moors, now working in Oxford. The work I produce is directly informed by my experiences and surroundings, using unusual and often eclectic references. My patterns are designed to create warm, inviting spaces with a strong feeling of home. They are extremely personal and involve layering of techniques including collage, photography, painting and photoshop.

I started designing while studying Fine Art at University before beginning work in a wallpaper and fabric printing factory in London. After a brief hiatus which included a spell playing premiership rugby, I have now returned to the wonderful world of design.
